Основными факторами второго витка были subprime mortgages и плохая биржа. Инвесторам нужно было куда-то вкладывать деньги. Их вложили в недвижимость, взвинтив цены на нее. Из-за subprime mortgages все перефинансировали свои дома и это добавило.
